A video has circulated on social media showing inappropriate treatment of a child by a teacher at the Rayyona kids non-state preschool educational organization in Tashkent.

The footage shows teachers exerting pressure on children, specifically one teacher stuffing a cloth into a child's mouth and another crushing a child's hand with a door.

The Ministry of Preschool and School Education stated that the situation has been taken under control, and a working group has been formed including law enforcement officials.

The ministry emphasized that all details of the incident will be clarified, and measures will be taken within the law against all preschool employees who violated professional ethics and are responsible for the situation.

"Also, appropriate measures will be taken to revoke the licenses of any preschool organizations that do not meet licensing requirements and where such incidents have occurred. Additional information will be provided based on the investigation results," the statement said.
