According to the Tourism Committee, publications, advertising materials, and content about Uzbekistan have garnered over 1.07 billion views, with a notable increase in online interest in the country.

The biggest surge in attention occurred on the days of Uzbekistan national team matches against Colombia and Portugal. During this period, global media outlets published more materials about the country, and users increasingly searched for information using queries such as Visit Uzbekistan, Travel Uzbekistan, and Uzbekistan Tour.

Over the past weeks, search queries for 'Uzbekistan Colombia World Cup 2026' surged by 450%. Searches for 'Uzbekistan' increased by 40%, while interest in 'Tourism to Uzbekistan' rose by an additional 10%.

The committee also noted that during the campaign, materials about Uzbekistan appeared in over 3,000 foreign media outlets and news aggregators. Total audience engagement exceeded 52 million interactions. Publications were featured not only in sports media but also in major international outlets including BBC, ESPN, MSN, The Guardian, Fox News, Daily Mail, NDTV, and VnExpress.

In addition to media outreach, the Committee organized an offline program in cities hosting World Cup matches. Tourist booths, official fan zones, and cultural venues were set up for fans and guests, offering opportunities to explore Uzbekistan's traditions, culture, and tourist routes.

One of the key venues was Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, one of the world's busiest aviation hubs. Here, Uzbekistan's national pavilion was opened, where visitors learned about the country's tourism opportunities, participated in cultural events, and received consultations for potential travelers.
