Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Sergeli district administration (hokimiyat) and reviewed its digitalization process. The building, operating on the 'single window' principle, houses five organizations providing over 30 types of public services.

According to the presidential press service, the administration has a device for online appeals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Applicants connect with a duty inspector via video, the appeal is automatically registered, and after review, the inspector's work can be rated. The president ordered the installation of such smart devices in crowded places.

The district launched an AI-based 'Smart District' platform. It includes 17 systems, such as 'Safe District' for monitoring offenses, a digital map of entrepreneurs for tax forecasting, and the AI Davomat system for monitoring school attendance.

The situation center is connected to 46 mahallas and 25 schools in the district. The head of state ordered the implementation of this system in all other districts of the capital. Reports on digitalization of education, construction, tax collection, and public security were also heard.

Earlier, Shavkat Mirziyoyev proposed building hotels at hospitals to develop medical tourism. He made this statement during a visit to the Global International Hospital multidisciplinary medical center in the Sergeli district.
