The government's resolution No. 310 of June 12 has approved the procedure for allocating subsidies for the purchase of housing to medical and pharmaceutical workers with at least 15 years of service in state medical institutions, the Ministry of Justice reported.
According to the regulation, medical workers can purchase housing on the primary market in any region of the republic on the basis of a mortgage loan, regardless of their place of permanent registration. Applications for subsidies must be submitted through State Service Centers or the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (my.gov.uz).
The key conditions for candidates are current employment in a state medical institution and at least 15 years of service in the system. This financial assistance is provided to one family — either the husband or the wife — only once.
The selection process is conducted online. Among participants who fully meet the criteria, 125 winners are automatically determined within the quarterly quota using random selection websites (in particular, random.org).
Medical workers who receive a subsidy notification must sign a preliminary contract with a construction organization to purchase housing via mortgage.
According to a presidential decree signed in November 2025 on measures to support medical and pharmaceutical workers, 500 workers with at least 15 years of service annually receive compensation of 25% of the down payment on a mortgage loan for housing.
Additionally, workers with at least 15 years of service are provided with a free annual voucher to sanatoriums within the republic, funded by the Federation of Trade Unions and the medical institution.
Furthermore, the children of such doctors and pharmacists receive partial compensation for tuition fees in higher education. The financial aid amounts to 30% of the annual contract sum, but does not exceed 15 times the base calculation value (BCV) at the time of payment.
