The second season of the Open Budget 2026 project will begin on July 15 in Uzbekistan. This initiative aims to enhance public participation in the budget process.

The season includes several stages: project proposal submission from July 15 to August 3; selection of proposals from August 4 to 18; an information campaign from August 19 to 21.

Voting will take place from August 22 to 31. The winners of the main stage will be announced on September 1, the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence.

Additional winning projects will be announced from September 1 to 10. The project allows citizens to directly influence the allocation of budget funds.
