A section of the D-002 highway connecting Tashkent and Nurafshan in the Tashkent region will be temporarily closed starting July 21.

The Traffic Safety Department announced that the restriction will apply to the 4th to 9th kilometer stretch, from the new bridge under construction to the Avangard mahalla. The closure is due to road construction work.

The department explained that the closure is necessary to ensure the safety of both workers and road users during the construction.

Drivers are advised to plan their routes in advance, use alternative roads, and follow temporary traffic signs and instructions from road service personnel.
