According to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, residential real estate prices in the country increased by 1.3% in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the previous quarter and by 4% compared to the same period last year.
Over the year, apartment prices rose by 5.5%, including a 7.1% increase in the primary market and 4.2% in the secondary market. The cost of private residential houses grew by 2% compared to Q2 2025.
In Tashkent, apartment prices increased by 3.9% year-on-year, while in other regions of the country, the growth was 7%.
It is noted that starting from Q2 2026, housing price indices are calculated using an updated system based on the hedonic regression method. This allows for a more accurate assessment of price dynamics, taking into account the area, location, floor, and other characteristics of the property.
