Saudi authorities have amended entry rules for pilgrims performing Umrah, allowing foreigners to visit the kingdom multiple times a year under a new Umrah visa.

According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the new visa is valid for 365 days and permits multiple entries, with a total stay limited to 90 days.

Before each trip, pilgrims must obtain permission to perform Umrah through the Nusuk platform, where they are also required to book hotels, transport, and other travel-related services in advance.

However, the new multiple-entry visa does not grant the right to perform Umrah during the Hajj season. Additionally, if a pilgrim fully uses the 90-day stay limit, they must obtain a new visa for re-entry.

Earlier, the 4th International Exhibition "Umrah Plus and Pilgrimage Tourism" concluded in Tashkent, resulting in plans to implement about 100 cooperation agreements aimed at developing new tourism products and expanding international partnerships in pilgrimage tourism.
