Starting September 14, Tashkent will begin scheduled drinking water outages in certain districts. The restrictions will last until October 22 and are tied to preventive and repair work on major water supply networks as part of preparations for the autumn-winter season.

JSC "Toshkent Shahar Suv Ta'minoti" warned that during the work, some areas may experience complete water absence or reduced system pressure. This could cause significant inconvenience for residents.

The first outage is scheduled from 09:00 on September 14 to 09:00 on September 15 in part of Yunusabad district. Then restrictions will be introduced in stages in Yashnabad, Mirzo-Ulugbek, Mirabad, Sergeli, Yangihayot, and Yakkasaray districts.

Later, the work will also affect Chilanzar, Shaykhantahur, Uchtepa, and Almazar districts. Depending on the section, water will be absent for about a day or more — specific timelines differ for each stage.

The work will be carried out in stages during September and October. Residents are advised to take the schedule into account in advance when planning water reserves. The full list of addresses and outage schedule will be available via a link.

Earlier, it was reported that on September 10, natural gas supply will be temporarily suspended in Bektemir district of Tashkent due to repair work. The restriction from 10:00 to 18:00 will affect residents of "Iqbol" mahalla and Suvsoz residential area — four apartment buildings and 250 apartments.
