InfinBANK has launched a new initiative in the Khorezm region aimed at providing needy families with modern, move-in-ready housing. As part of the project, four seven-story buildings with 156 apartments will be constructed in the "Yangi O'zbekiston" massif of the Shavat district. These apartments will be handed over to needy families fully furnished.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between InfinBANK, the National Agency for Social Protection, and the Khorezm regional administration to implement the project. The cooperation involves identifying families in need of housing, as well as coordinating issues related to engineering communications and legal registration.

The apartments are planned to be delivered in stages ahead of Independence Day 2027. The initiative in Khorezm is a continuation of social projects implemented by InfinBANK in the regions. Earlier in Karakalpakstan, keys to new apartments were given to 101 young families in need of improved housing conditions.

This project aligns with the priorities of the Uzbek government in social protection and housing policy. InfinBANK's regional initiatives aim to improve the living conditions of the population.
