An earthquake occurred in the Tashkent region on September 28 at 09:03 local time, according to the Center for Seismoprognostic Monitoring.

The epicenter was located in Piskent district, where tremors were felt with an intensity of 2-3 points. The magnitude of the earthquake, centered 66 km southeast of Tashkent, was 3.6, with a depth of 15 kilometers.

The areas affected by the tremors include Piskent district and nearby settlements. No casualties or damage have been reported so far.

The Center for Seismoprognostic Monitoring continues to monitor the situation. Residents are advised to remain calm.
