Abrorjon Pulatov has been officially appointed as the Deputy Head of the Secretariat to the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, following an official order signed by the leadership of the executive body.
In his new role, Pulatov is expected to take part in overseeing the administrative workflow, policy execution, and strategic coordination within the central executive office of the head of state.
Pulatov holds a Doctor of Political Science degree and brings extensive leadership experience from Uzbekistan's media and communications sector. He previously served as Deputy Director General for Creative Affairs at the National Association of Electronic Mass Media (NAESMI).
In May 2022, he took the helm of the restructured National Media Association of Uzbekistan as its Director General and Deputy Chairman of the Board. Alongside his public and institutional roles, Pulatov is known as the founder of the Hamroh initiative and previously owned the Avtoradio broadcasting station.
