Bakhodir Mirzaraimov, business development director at UET Construction, stated during the discussion that his company was among the pioneers to participate in land auctions in New Tashkent, acquiring a land plot in late 2024. According to his remarks, the enterprise initially harbored doubts regarding the ultimate success and viability of the ambitious venture.

The entrepreneur further revealed that the initial hesitation has transformed into lucrative opportunities, with the company currently managing projects in the area totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. President Mirziyoyev praised the expanding role of local businesses, emphasizing that state policy aims to foster a strong generation of economically empowered citizens capable of building the future of the nation.
