A traffic accident occurred on October 12 at approximately 23:10 on the overpass along Ahmad Donish Street in the Yunusabad district of the capital. According to initial reports, a Toyota and a Tracker 2 vehicle collided directly on the bridge, drawing attention from local traffic authorities.

According to information provided by the Road Safety Department of the Tashkent Main Internal Affairs Directorate, the Toyota vehicle was allegedly driven by M.J., born in 2007, who reportedly lost control of the vehicle and failed to maintain a safe following distance.

Consequently, the vehicle struck the Tracker 2 driven by N.A., born in 1980, which was moving in the same direction. The Road Safety Department officially stated that both drivers were sober at the time of the collision and did not attempt to flee the scene of the accident.

Currently, responsible officers from the Tashkent Road Safety Department are conducting an official inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities continue to remind drivers of the importance of maintaining safe distances on the road.
