Law enforcement agencies in the Tashkent region have reportedly uncovered a stash of drugs and weapons located on agricultural land in the Kibray district. Authorities stated that a pre-investigation check is currently underway to determine the origins of the illicit items and the extent of the suspect's involvement in illegal activities.
The joint operation was purportedly carried out by officers from the Tashkent city department of the State Security Service and the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate. According to official reports, law enforcement personnel inspected two shipping containers situated at the edge of a plot of land leased out for long-term agricultural use.
Officials claim that the land was leased to a previously convicted resident of the Kibray district, born in 1986. During the inspection, conducted in the presence of independent witnesses, officers allegedly recovered a total of 7 kilograms of dried marijuana, an IZH-38 pneumatic rifle, and three cartridges, all of which were seized as material evidence.
