Delegations from leading Indian conglomerates—namely Larsen & Toubro, Adani Group, and Reliance Industries—have reviewed upcoming investment opportunities and infrastructure proposals in New Tashkent. The visit took place on October 15–16 with the facilitation of the country's ambassador to India, Sardor Rustambayev.

The visiting delegation included Rajan Bansal, Vice President of Larsen & Toubro; Anand Kumar, Special Representative for Uzbekistan projects at Adani Group; and Mahesh Kumar, Director of International Relations at Reliance Industries. This diplomatic and business outreach follows directives issued during a presidential meeting focused on attracting foreign direct investment to the ambitious urban development.

Management of the New Tashkent Directorate delivered comprehensive presentations detailing master development plans and capital investment prospects. Discussions centered around engineering and communication networks, centralized heating infrastructure, residential and commercial complexes, and modern retail and entertainment centers.

Additionally, the delegates participated in the inaugural meeting of the Fuel and Energy Sector Investors Council. During the session, Reliance Industries representative Mahesh Kumar expressed the corporation's readiness to cooperate on constructing photovoltaic solar power plants and implementing advanced energy storage systems across the country.
