Law enforcement agencies in the capital have carried out a targeted operation to crack down on the illegal trafficking of potent pharmaceutical substances. Authorities intercepted a Gentra vehicle driven by a local resident in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district as part of a joint effort involving the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.
During the inspection of the vehicle, officials discovered 978 units of the potent drug 'Regapen' hidden inside the trunk, which were allegedly intended for illicit commercial distribution. The confiscated medications were officially documented and seized as material evidence for the ongoing investigation.
Following the incident, criminal proceedings have been initiated under legal provisions concerning the illegal circulation of potent or toxic substances. Investigative actions are currently underway to uncover the full scope of the operation and identify any potential accomplices.
