A scandalous video has rapidly circulated across social media platforms, capturing a group of young individuals openly defying the lawful orders of a traffic police inspector and verbally insulting him. Local law enforcement agencies promptly identified all participants involved in the altercation, and the gathered case materials have now been forwarded to the prosecutor's office for a comprehensive legal assessment.

According to subsequent investigations, the offenders are reportedly second-year technical school students from the Kattakurgan district of the Samarkand region. As claimed by the individuals themselves, they allegedly rented a Malibu 2 passenger car for 1.2 million soms and, accompanied by their younger brothers, set off toward the Ishtikhan district, exhibiting blatant disregard for public order.

In the wake of the incident, the students, their parents, and the local entrepreneur who leased out the vehicle were summoned to an emergency expanded meeting. The discussion was attended by the district khokim, the prosecutor, the head of the district internal affairs department, and other senior officials. The situation was heavily scrutinized under a critical lens, focusing on the pressing need to prevent such antisocial behavior and recurring road accidents.

During the proceedings, the participants of the incident allegedly admitted their guilt and issued formal apologies to the traffic officer and his family. They claimed to regret their actions and stated they would refrain from insulting law enforcement personnel in the future. Furthermore, one of the young men supposedly promised to drive only after officially obtaining a driver's license, while another vowed never to hand over a vehicle to someone lacking driving credentials.

The Road Safety Traffic Service commented on the developments, reminding the public that under government regulations, all road users are strictly required to comply with an inspector's lawful instructions. The agency stressed that disagreement with police actions does not grant anyone the right to ignore demands, noting that any perceived misconduct should instead be challenged through higher administrative bodies or the courts.
