In an upcoming quarterfinal clash of the Uzbekistan Cup scheduled for October 21 against Navbahor, Gazalkent Football Club is set to take the pitch wearing specially designed jerseys. The club's press service officially announced the initiative, highlighting its strong social mission.
According to the club, the design of these unique kits incorporates drawings and artwork created by children attending a specialized educational center for those with autism spectrum disorders. This collaborative effort aims to raise awareness and promote inclusivity through sports.
The special-edition jerseys have been manufactured in a strictly limited quantity and are made available for purchase through the club's official online store on the Market Yandex Go platform. The items being sold to the public are identical to the match-worn jerseys the players will don during the official fixture.
Club representatives stated that all proceeds generated from the sale of these charity shirts will be transferred directly to the bank account of the autism education center. The accumulated funds are intended to be utilized for the further development of the center, as well as the acquisition of necessary specialized equipment and educational materials.
Team officials emphasized that participating in this initiative carries profound meaning for the players, while urging fans to join the campaign. Through this endeavor, the club hopes to contribute not only to the sporting spectacle but also to improving living and educational conditions for vulnerable children.
