The Ministry of Education and Science of Uzbekistan is reportedly organizing a dedicated call center designed to handle citizen appeals, complaints, and proposals. According to available information, the facility will operate on an outsourcing basis, with incoming requests purportedly reviewed and forwarded to relevant organizations in a timely manner.
In addition to the call center, the ministry intends to implement a feedback mechanism targeted at the general public and educational sector employees. This system is claimed to enable the collection and analysis of data concerning the quality and accessibility of educational services, alongside the identification of systemic issues. *
Furthermore, a Public Education Council under the minister is being established to enhance civic engagement. The council will allegedly include students, parents, educators, and employer representatives, theoretically involving end-users directly in sectoral discussions.
Structural changes are also set to affect the ministry's internal operations. Its collegium will reportedly comprise 15 members, including the minister, deputies, agency directors, leading university rectors, scientists, and teachers.
Additionally, until February 1, 2027, the minister will supposedly be granted the authority to hire personnel for the central apparatus through direct interviews as an exception to standard hiring protocols.
