The capital's real estate sector is witnessing significant developments as the Ellipse Garden Darhan premium residential complex reaches a major operational milestone. The first two blocks of the project have been fully constructed, with surrounding landscaping works successfully completed, marking the transition toward state acceptance and preparations for apartment handover.

The distinctive architectural concept was created by Serdar Sipahioğlu, with construction managed by the Turkish firm Koç Construction. The four elliptical residential blocks visually form symbols of infinity, standing out within the urban landscape. Developers note that natural factors such as sunlight direction and wind rose patterns were carefully integrated into the planning process.

The complex features a dedicated 20,000-square-meter green zone designed as a car-free courtyard environment. Furthermore, the project introduces the 'Ellipse Effect' concept, offering residents 22 additional shared spaces including a fitness center, swimming pool, cinema hall, and conference facilities aimed at centralizing daily leisure and work activities.

Construction on the remaining two blocks continues alongside ongoing infrastructure development. Prospective buyers are offered 15 distinct layout options delivered with a rough finish, supported by a 24-month installment plan requiring a minimum initial down payment of 10 percent.
