According to official reports released by the press service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a new leadership appointment has taken place within the country's law enforcement hierarchy. Mirmansur Mirshakhidovich Mirkhamidov has officially assumed the position of First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Head of the Operational-Search Department.
Prior to this appointment, the position had been held since January 28 of the current year by Botir Kudratkhodjaev. However, following recent structural reassignments within the state apparatus, Kudratkhodjaev was reassigned and appointed as the Minister of Defense on October 12.
Consequently, the vital operational-search directorate of the internal affairs agency has been placed under the supervision of Mirkhamidov. Observers note that such administrative rotations are routinely conducted by the authorities to optimize operational efficiency across key government branches.
