Law enforcement agencies in Tashkent and the surrounding region have allegedly dismantled a major drug distribution network following a series of coordinated operations. The special operation reportedly resulted in the seizure of 500 grams of marijuana and over two kilograms of synthetic mephedrone. Authorities claim that the confiscated substances amount to approximately 52,800 individual doses.

The operations were conducted on October 21 through a joint effort by the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Operational Search Department, its regional divisions, and the State Security Service. The raids took place in the Uchtepa and Bektemir districts of the capital, as well as the Akhangaran district of the Tashkent region. Three individuals born in 2004 were purportedly intercepted while distributing narcotics from a Tracker automobile, reportedly serving as couriers and warehouse keepers within the criminal hierarchy.

Subsequent searches of the suspects' residences and rented country houses yielded additional material evidence. Alongside the illicit substances, authorities recovered 1,000 zip-lock bags, electronic scales, and other paraphernalia. The investigative efforts reportedly extended to the Yukorichirchik district, where additional suspects and accomplices were detained while attempting to retrieve synthetic drugs concealed in an open field.

According to preliminary findings, the detained individuals include students from various educational institutions and previously convicted persons, with birth years ranging from 1999 to 2007. Investigators claim that the suspects had been following instructions from online shadow drug store organizers for several months, initially working as street distributors before advancing to warehouse management roles. A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph 'a', part 6 of Article 273 of the Criminal Code.
