️ The Main Internal Affairs Department of Tashkent has officially initiated a criminal case against the management of 'Imarat Development', a limited liability company operating on Buyuk Avlod Street in the Sergeli district. The investigation was launched following numerous public complaints and mounting distrust among local housing buyers.

️ According to the official press service of the law enforcement agency, a group of citizens approached authorities demanding legal action against the company executives. A preliminary investigation revealed that the developer had heavily advertised and promised modern residential properties located within the capital city itself. However, it later transpired that the actual construction site was shifted far outside Tashkent, to the Quyichirchiq district of the Tashkent region.

️ Upon discovering the discrepancy, disgruntled customers strongly demanded the immediate cancellation of their contracts and a full refund of their invested funds. Despite these legitimate demands, the company management allegedly refused to return the money, prompting an escalation of the conflict.

️ Consequently, the Tashkent Internal Affairs Department's investigative division has opened a criminal case under Article 168 ('Fraud') and Article 192^{11} ('Abuse of authority by employees of a non-governmental commercial or other non-governmental organization') of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The ongoing investigative procedures have reportedly been placed under the direct supervision of the Tashkent police chief and the prosecutor's office to ensure a thorough legal review.
