The Uzum Avto platform has disclosed the procedural framework for selecting winners within its ongoing promotional campaign. According to the published rules, an automated system purportedly picks 10 listings at random every Monday, subsequently verifying whether the vehicles meet operational standards, have been registered to the current owner for at least a month, and carry no fines or legal encumbrances.
It is claimed that every Thursday before 16:00, the filtered list of ten contenders is published on the initiative's official page and the Uzum Avto Instagram account. The eventual winner is supposedly determined on Friday based on the official US dollar exchange rate established by the Central Bank of the country. Organizers state that the last digit before the decimal point corresponds to the listing number, with zero representing the tenth listing.
The campaign is open exclusively to adult citizens of Uzbekistan selling their personal used passenger vehicles, while professional dealers, showrooms, and commercial resellers are strictly barred from participating. Furthermore, the listed price of the vehicle must not exceed 300 million soms. Weekly results are finalized and published in the evenings, with all participants included in the shortlists allegedly receiving a 1 million som promotional code for purchases on the Uzum Market platform.
