According to the weekly weather review provided by climatologist Erkin Abdulahatov, the beginning of the week saw parts of Karakalpakstan influenced by the southeastern edge of a cold anticyclone, driving night temperatures down to -5 degrees Celsius. Although this synoptic process did not exert a widespread impact across the republic, it ensured a somewhat cooler start to November. Foreign meteorological agencies report that, excluding the slightly chilly Monday, the average working-day temperatures across the vast majority of Uzbekistan will range 4 degrees and higher above long-term climatic norms.

Forecasts from Uzhydromet indicate intermittent precipitation across various regions during the week. Specifically, minor rainfall is expected in Bukhara and Navoi regions, followed by precipitation in Tashkent, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, Samarkand, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya regions on November 4–5, and parts of the Fergana Valley on November 5. Mountainous areas are projected to experience precipitation mainly in the form of snow between November 3 and 5, with total accumulation potentially reaching up to 50 mm, bringing a distinct touch of winter to higher elevations.

Starting from Friday, night temperatures will rise significantly, while daytime highs are expected to climb to +20…+23 degrees, and reaching +25…+28 degrees in desert and southern regions. European medium-term weather forecast centers confirm that average weekly temperatures will exceed normal levels by 3 to 6 degrees. However, the anticipated calm winds in major urban areas may exacerbate air stagnation, leading to elevated concentrations of PM2.5 particulate matter and posing potential health considerations for vulnerable populations amidst the otherwise mild autumn conditions.
