Following a working trip to the Kashkadarya region, the leadership of the Presidential Administration highlighted critical infrastructure issues within local social facilities. Specifically, kindergarten No. 1 in the city of Karshi was found to be in a dilapidated and аварийное (emergency) condition, while school classrooms reportedly suffered from cold temperatures and outdated furniture. Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva stressed that resolving these systemic issues cannot be postponed any further.
As part of the announced regional updates, the old kindergarten building will be completely demolished to make way for a modern facility designed for 360 children. Furthermore, comprehensive capital repairs are scheduled for secondary school No. 43. The project includes equipping modern laboratories, establishing dedicated spaces for language learning and creative arts, and building inclusive infrastructure tailored for students with special educational needs.
During the visit, the delegation also inspected the Kashkadarya Technical School of Advanced Professional Mastery, where officials observed students' motivation and eagerness to acquire practical vocational skills. It was emphasized that providing children and youth with proper, high-quality learning environments across all educational stages—from early childhood up to vocational training—remains an essential priority.
