During her official visit to the Kashkadarya region, Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva inspected several educational institutions in the city of Karshi, including Secondary School No. 43, Kindergarten No. 1, and a local vocational technical school. ||
The inspection reportedly revealed troubling conditions across the older facilities. The head of the administration allegedly stated that witnessing a kindergarten in a state of disrepair and classrooms struggling with cold temperatures and outdated furniture was concerning. She emphasized that childhood waits for no one and that systemic issues must be addressed immediately.
Addressing the identified shortcomings, authorities announced plans for infrastructural overhauls. A brand-new kindergarten with a capacity of 360 children is set to be constructed on the site of the old facility, while the school building will undergo a comprehensive reconstruction to feature advanced laboratories, creative clubs, and an inclusive environment for children with special needs.
The delegation also toured the Kashkadarya Technical School of Advanced Professional Mastery, noting a stark contrast in conditions and praising the enthusiasm of the students. Officials reiterated that the ultimate goal remains to ensure that children grow up and study in proper, modern conditions from early childhood through adulthood.
