According to the press service of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, a criminal case has been initiated against him, and he has been placed under arrest as a preventive measure.
The authorities reported that in August 2024, a resident of the Pastdargom District, identified as R.Kh., approached Odilov, who lives in Tashkent, seeking help to resolve a financial dispute with another individual. He is currently detained, and investigative actions are being carried out by the Investigation Department of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
