Iran has launched missile attacks on US military assets in multiple Gulf Arab states in retaliation for a major joint US-Israeli assault. Targets included Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where American airbases are stationed.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed all Israeli and US military targets in the Middle East were hit "by the powerful blows of Iranian missiles," vowing to continue operations "until the enemy is decisively defeated."

At least one person was killed in Abu Dhabi, UAE, after several missiles were intercepted. Bahrain reported an attack on the US Navy's 5th Fleet headquarters, while Kuwait witnessed explosions and Qatar said it thwarted multiple attacks.

Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE closed their airspaces. Among Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members, only Oman was not struck in today's attacks.
