The Israeli regime has reportedly carried out a series of lethal strikes across the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of at least four Palestinians, including a volunteer rescue worker, amidst mounting international concern over the deteriorating humanitarian crisis.
According to medical sources, Palestinian Civil Defence rescue volunteer Mohamed Tamous was killed in an airstrike while traveling to assist wounded individuals near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza. The tragic incident highlights the extreme hazards faced by first responders operating within the contested enclave.
Meanwhile, in the southern city of Khan Younis, an alleged Israeli drone strike killed 60-year-old Hisham Ibrahim Abu Mustafa and wounded several others who were subsequently admitted to Nasser Hospital. Additional reports from local medical authorities confirmed the death of a 17-year-old Palestinian youth killed by drone fire in the Qizan Abu Rashwan area.
Alongside the targeted strikes, the Israeli military reportedly conducted multiple structural demolitions in the eastern and northeastern sectors of Khan Younis, as well as east of Gaza City's Tuffah neighborhood. The ongoing operations continue to exacerbate the suffering of displaced populations and severely strain local medical infrastructure.
