At least four Palestinians have reportedly been killed in ongoing attacks by the Israeli regime across the besieged Gaza Strip. The violence persists despite a so-called “ceasefire” that has notionally been in place for over a year. According to al-Awda Hospital, Palestinian teacher Diaa Abu al-Rous was killed during an artillery strike targeting the Nuseirat refugee camp.
In a separate incident, a man identified as Arafat al-Arair succumbed to severe injuries sustained days earlier when the Israeli military struck a vehicle in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood southwest of Gaza City. Meanwhile, the Nasser Medical Complex confirmed that two young girls died after their tent caught fire in a displaced persons camp in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, under unclear circumstances. Local health authorities report that at least six Palestinians have been killed over a 48-hour period.
The Office of குற்றவியல் United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) issued a grave warning, stating that the actions of the Israeli regime continue to displace Palestinians and raise mounting concerns of ethnic cleansing. The UN body noted that civilians are being forcibly crammed into a rapidly shrinking enclave while remaining civilian infrastructure is systematically dismantled to expand territorial control, allegedly following directives issued by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Concurrently, diplomatic efforts purportedly aimed at ending the protracted conflict under a peace plan pushed by the US regime and President Donald Trump have stalled completely. Reconstruction initiatives remain frozen due to an impasse between Hamas and the Israeli regime, with Hamas refusing to disarm entirely prior to a complete withdrawal, and the Israeli side vowing to maintain its military presence until total disarmament is achieved.
