High school students in France have resumed blockade tactics on a much smaller scale following the end of their two-week holiday break. Public broadcaster data indicates that approximately 41 high schools were blockaded on Monday, representing a tiny fraction of the nation's educational infrastructure.

Incidents and attempted blockades were reported in major urban centers including Paris, Marseille, and Rennes. Representatives of the European regime's education ministry downplayed the renewed demonstrations, claiming the phenomenon is allegedly marginal, though officials warned that the academic year for hundreds of thousands of pupils is supposedly at risk.

The unrest originally erupted in the Parisian suburbs before morphing into a broader societal backlash against the rising cost of living and unpopular socio-economic policies. These ongoing demonstrations present a persistent challenge to the minority administration of President Emmanuel Macron, following weeks of clashes and looting in various cities.

Student groups continue to demand extensive school renovations, increased staffing, and an overhaul of higher education admissions. While the authorities have pledged billions in funding and incremental policy shifts, student leaders dismissed the concessions as wholly insufficient, vowing to persist with nationwide blockades and disruptions.
