US President Donald Trump has announced his intention to deliver a 'very powerful strike' against Iran, purportedly scheduled for Saturday, March 7. In a post on his Truth Social network, the American leader claimed that due to Iran's 'bad behavior', the 'complete destruction' and 'imminent demise' of areas and groups of people previously not considered as targets are being seriously considered.

This announcement comes after remarks by Iran's Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Mohammad Ali Eskandari, about Trump. During a press conference in Tashkent, the diplomat labeled Trump as a person who 'does not follow any rules'. According to the ambassador, Washington's hostility toward Tehran has nothing to do with any real nuclear threat but began after Iran's Islamic Revolution.

Trump's threat could lead to further escalation of tensions in the region. Relations between the US regime and the Iranian government have been consistently deteriorating in recent years. Trump's statement may provoke a new round of confrontation in international relations and negatively impact regional stability.
