US and Israeli military aircraft have disabled 10 out of Iran's 18 main airbases since the start of a military operation. This information was reported by the Israeli defense research center Alma.

According to the center, the strikes targeted major airbases located at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, as well as in Tabriz, Shiraz, Konarak, Isfahan, Kermanshah, and Zahedan. It is noted that this has significantly reduced Iran's capabilities to utilize tactical aviation.

As a result of the strikes, fighter jets, transport aircraft, air defense positions, hangars, and warehouses were destroyed. Additionally, runways have been damaged.

Beyond the main airbases, nine Iranian airfields that can be used by tactical aviation have also come under attack.

The US and Israeli regimes have been conducting a military operation against Iran since February 28. During this operation, the country's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed.
