In Uzbekistan, passengers eligible for discounts have been informed about the procedure for remote processing of railway tickets. Discounted tickets can now be purchased through the official website E-ticket.railway.uz, without visiting station ticket offices.

The purchase begins with selecting the route and travel date, after which authorization is required. The system can be accessed via phone number or email, but it is recommended to use the OneID Unified Identification System for processing discounts.

A key step is verifying the right to a discount. When entering personal data, the relevant discount category must be selected and the PINFL (Personal Identification Number) specified. Based on this data, the system automatically recalculates the ticket price, applying the designated preference.

A mandatory requirement is having a verified profile in the OneID application. As explained by O’ztemiryo’lyo’lovchi, this requires a one-time registration using biometrics through MyID or Mobile ID systems: entering passport or ID card data and confirming identity via facial recognition. After setting a personal PIN code, the user gains access to manage their data and government services in digital format.

At the final stage of ticket processing, temporary access to personal data must be granted to the system through the OneID app—by clicking the lock icon in the data management section. After purchase completion, experts recommend closing access to the information to ensure personal data security.
