The President has approved measures to develop the creative economy: exports over $1 billion, 500,000 jobs, and the creation of infrastructure for a Creative Industrial Park.

The Presidential Decree "On Measures to Develop the Creative Economy" has been adopted (PP-64 dated February 16, 2026).

According to the document, the following key targets have been set for 2030:
