Uzbekistan's fencing team has secured two additional medals at the Asian Championships being held in Indonesia. In the men's sabre competition, Alpamis Orakbayev won the silver medal, while Artur Begzhanov claimed the bronze.

This brings the national team's medal tally to four, following earlier bronze medals won by Ayakuz Jumanazarova and Fernanda Herrera in the youth sabre events.
