The cost of one incoming SMS from number 13131 will remain at 84.2 som. Earlier, it was reported that the price would increase to 168.4 som starting May 1.

Content provider Octotelecom had previously announced a price hike for SMS notifications related to Humo cards from number 13131 to 168.4 som effective May 1, which drew consumer objections.

Following this, the operator of the Humo payment system, the Interbank National Processing Center, announced that the price would stay at the current level.

The company sent an official letter to Octotelecom requesting to maintain the existing tariff, taking into account user feedback and the importance of the service. After additional analysis, the decision was made to keep the tariff unchanged.

"Based on additional analyses and constructive dialogue with Octotelecom, a decision has been made to maintain the current tariff. From May 1, 2026, the cost of one incoming SMS from number 13131 will not change and will remain at 84.2 som," the statement said.
