On April 27, 2026, the ADM Jizzakh plant launched production of the new Kia K3 model using CKD technology. This marks a significant milestone for Uzbekistan's automotive market, reflecting the development of local manufacturing and expansion of the Kia brand lineup.
The Kia K3 is the second model produced at the facility under a full technological cycle, following the Kia Sonet. The project targets an annual output of up to 25,000 vehicles, with potential capacity expansion to 40,000 units.
New production sections, including welding, painting, and assembly shops equipped with modern machinery, have been commissioned for the project. The expansion is part of a strategy to develop the automotive cluster and increase localization levels.
The new model belongs to the compact sedan segment, featuring a distinctive fastback design, LED lighting, and 17-inch alloy wheels that emphasize its dynamic character.
Inside, the car offers dual-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch wide-screen multimedia system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, ambient lighting, and wireless smartphone charging. The spacious cabin, ergonomic design, and 544-liter trunk make it practical for daily use.
Safety systems include advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) such as forward collision avoidance, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-keeping assist.
The model will be available with 1.6-liter (123 hp) and 1.4-liter (100 hp) gasoline engines, offering an optimal balance between performance and fuel efficiency, particularly suited for urban driving.
Kia vehicles produced in Uzbekistan come with a 5-year or 150,000-kilometer warranty. Official pricing for the Kia K3 will be announced in May 2026.
