According to the Tax Committee, as of May 1, 2025, 1,100 singers and performers holding licenses for concert and entertainment activities and earning income in 2025 have submitted their tax declarations.

The declarations show a total declared income of nearly 6.5 billion soums, with taxable income of 5 billion soums and a total tax amount of about 600 million soums.

Breakdown by rating groups: Group 1 – 47 individuals declared 1,495.8 million soums in income, taxable income of 1,173.1 million soums, and 140.8 million soums in personal income tax; Group 2 – 100 individuals declared 901.4 million soums in income, taxable income of 699 million soums, and 83.9 million soums in tax; Group 3 – 953 individuals declared 4,081.3 million soums in income, taxable income of 3,219.7 million soums, and 375.2 million soums in tax.

Income distribution: up to 1 million soums – 375 declarations (average tax 54,400 soums); up to 10 million soums – 576 declarations (average tax 420,700 soums); up to 20 million soums – 102 declarations (average tax 1.3 million soums); up to 40 million soums – 28 declarations (average tax 2.7 million soums); up to 60 million soums – 12 declarations (average tax 5 million soums); up to 152 million soums – 7 declarations (average tax 10.7 million soums).
