Another safety violation has been recorded at the Tashkent Zoo. According to the administration, two children climbed over the barrier and tried to feed a pony by reaching through the enclosure's bars, resulting in one child being bitten on the hand.

A video released by the zoo shows the children's parents failing to react to their actions until the animal bit one of the boys.

Following the incident, zoo staff reminded visitors to strictly adhere to established safety rules.

The administration emphasized that entering restricted areas and direct contact with animals are strictly prohibited. Even seemingly calm animals may become frightened or react unexpectedly to intrusion into their space—for example, by biting or jerking suddenly.

It was noted that such incidents occur regularly and pose a threat to both humans and animals. Violating the distance can cause stress in animals and lead to injuries.

The zoo reminded that the facility's territory is designed with everyone's safety in mind. Barriers and fences are installed not by chance, but to prevent such situations.

Visitors were urged to be vigilant, especially when walking with children, and to avoid violating the rules. Compliance with the rules will help prevent accidents and maintain a comfortable environment for the animals.
