According to case materials, the incident occurred on June 8 on bus No. 47 near the Chinor metro station in the Yangihayot district.

L.A., a 34-year-old man, deliberately touched a female passenger's buttocks with his hand as he passed by. The victim filed a complaint with law enforcement.

In court, the man fully admitted his guilt, expressed remorse, and promised not to commit similar offenses again.

The Yangihayot District Criminal Court found L.A. guilty under Article 41-1 of the Administrative Code (Sexual Harassment) and sentenced him to five days of administrative arrest.

In determining the punishment, the court considered the admission of guilt, remorse, the offender's personal characteristics, family and financial situation, and the nature of the offense.
