A video circulating on social media showed a Cobalt car driving on the streets of Tashkent with an adult toy attached to its hood.

Traffic police officers conducted an investigation and identified the vehicle's owner. He explained the circumstances of the incident.

"I parked the car, and when I returned after a while, this object was already glued to the car. I couldn't remove it myself and drove to a workshop. On the way, I was filmed. I apologize," he said.

The driver was charged with petty hooliganism under Article 183 of the Administrative Code of Uzbekistan.

As a result, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
