The Migration Agency announced the start of applications for the APAL (Ausbildung) program, launching in fall 2026 in cooperation with the German Federal Employment Agency.
The program is open to young people aged 18-25 with a German language certificate at B1 level (Goethe, ECL, Telc, ÖSD, TestDaF). Candidates must be graduates of secondary school, college, lyceum, or technical school.
After successful completion of the two-year vocational training, participants may secure permanent employment. The salary is set at 2400 euros (net).
Benefits include a one-time payment of 300 euros upon arrival in Germany, free education, coverage of airfare and visa costs. Subsidized accommodation (approximately 250 euros per month, first month free) and three free meals daily are provided.
Additionally, a two-month free course to obtain the B1 certificate is organized at the Goethe Institute in Tashkent.
Applications are accepted until March 2, 2026. Registration is conducted through the portal xorijdaish.uz.
