The family of Junior Sergeant Khasilbek Eshnazarov, who died in Tashkent after being hit by a teenager in a stolen car, will receive full state guardianship and protection. The Ministry of Internal Affairs information service issued an official statement, emphasizing that the ministry will provide necessary support to the deceased's parents and three minor children.

The tragedy occurred on February 25 when the 33-year-old inspector, while performing his duties on Nukus Street, was struck by a teenager at high speed and, despite doctors' efforts, died in the hospital two days later.

Khasilbek Eshnazarov began service in the internal affairs bodies in 2022 and quickly distinguished himself as an active officer in ensuring public safety. During his work in patrol and traffic police services, he identified over a thousand violations, including hundreds of serious traffic violations and the detention of 14 drunk drivers.

A criminal case has been initiated against the detained minor under articles providing for liability for vehicle theft and intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death. The suspect has been detained procedurally, and the investigation is under special supervision by the General Prosecutor's Office.
