A ceremony was held at the Main Department of Internal Affairs in Tashkent to open a memorial complex dedicated to the memory of traffic police inspector Khasilbek Eshnazarov, who was struck and killed by a schoolboy. The event was attended by leadership from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, representatives of the capital's public, colleagues of the deceased officer, and members of his family.

The memorial plaque in the building of the Main Department, which immortalizes the names of officers who died in the line of duty, has been updated to include Khasilbek Eshnazarov's name. Participants in the ceremony honored the memory of the fallen with a minute of silence and laid wreaths at the foot of the monument, reflecting on the tragic circumstances of his death.

During the ceremony, the Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized that Eshnazarov's selfless service serves as an example of courage and dedication to duty for internal affairs personnel. On behalf of the staff, gratitude was expressed to his parents, Beknazar and Dilarom, for raising a son who became a model of loyalty to his service oath, and it was announced that the officer's family would receive ongoing state support.

It was reported that the family will be provided with social support, including free medical care at internal affairs ministry institutions, treatment for the parents, and further education for Eshnazarov's daughter and two sons in higher educational institutions, highlighting the state's commitment to assisting the bereaved relatives.

Additionally, it was revealed that a monument to the inspector will be installed at School No. 62 in the Guzar District of Kashkadarya Region, intended to symbolize devotion to the homeland and service duty for students. During the ceremony, a decree from the President of Uzbekistan was read, posthumously awarding Junior Sergeant Khasilbek Eshnazarov the "Jasorat" medal, which the Minister of Internal Affairs presented to his father.
