In the voting process, Husanov surpassed prominent Manchester City stars, including midfielders Rodri and Jérémy Doku, to secure the title. This result reaffirms the Uzbek player's growth and competitiveness within the club, as he consistently delivers high-level performances in one of the world's top teams.

Husanov participated in 6 matches for the Citizens in March, playing a key role in helping the team secure the League Cup. His defensive stability and offensive contributions were decisive factors in Manchester City's successful month.

It is noted that this marks the third time in Husanov's career at Manchester City that he has been named Player of the Month. He previously won this award in January 2025 and February 2026. These consecutive successes bolster his reputation in global football and serve as a significant source of pride for Uzbek football.
