A significant milestone has been achieved in Uzbekistan's chess history: 11-year-old chess player Husnorahon Husnitdinova has been awarded the prestigious FIDE Woman FIDE Master (WFM) title, recognizing her as a sports master among women. This title signifies international recognition and opens new avenues for the young athlete's future career.

Husnorahon has become one of the youngest holders of this title in the country's history. Her success stems from her talent, rigorous training, and the support of mentors who helped her unlock her potential as a young chess player.

The WFM title is conferred by FIDE for high sporting achievements and confirms a serious professional level of play. Among her recent accomplishments, Husnorahon secured 3rd place at the 2023 Asian Youth and Junior Chess Championship in the United Arab Emirates, further solidifying her success on the international stage.
