The Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP) has unveiled a new nationwide initiative aimed at combating poverty and radically strengthening social protection. The program, symbolically named 'With the People', is set to cover over 1.5 million citizens across the republic by 2026.

At an expanded meeting of the party's Political Council, it was announced that the key mechanism of the program will be synergy between the state and the private sector. UzLiDeP intends to unite business efforts to provide targeted assistance to those in difficult life situations.

Under the approved 'Roadmap', more than 300 major events are planned. Over 50,000 entrepreneurs will be involved in the initiative. One of the main innovations will be the introduction of a direct patronage system, where business representatives will take low-income families under their wing.

Assistance will not be limited to food and medicine; the focus is on training and creating conditions for people to independently ensure their well-being. The party also places special emphasis on direct contact with the electorate, with activists and deputies planning to conduct door-to-door visits to over a million households as part of the large-scale 'Path to the Heart' campaign.

To promptly respond to citizens' requests in the regions, a network of mobile headquarters is being deployed, and specialized digital platforms and Telegram bots are being launched, allowing real-time communication with people's representatives. The implementation of the program will be integrated with the work of mahalla institutions and 'Inson' social service centers.
